OUR STORY

Prospect Five Points started mid pandemic during COVID-19. Some say we were crazy to even think of opening a business during such an uncertain time where restaurants and stores were closing left and right; banks were not even thinking about new customers. Yet here we are, two people who packed up all their belongings and moved to a new state and town we had never been before, with nothing but a dream and a dollar. ( well the dollar was with help from family, who we would not have been able to do this without).

A little about us.....

Jon - Born and raised in Brooklyn, NYC, Jon was born into the restaurant scene with his family owning the largest sports bar for the past 33 years. Having worked every aspect of the restaurant industry, busboy, server, host, manager, cook, bartender ( he should leave that area to Sheree, if you need a beer, he can pour it, anything with more than three ingredients you have lost him.)

Sheree - Born in Sydney Australia, moved to the US in 2008, worked nearly every job known to man, you know the New York Dream. One of her favorite roles was the head bartender and manager at a Brooklyn Bar in Park Slope, where she met friends of a lifetime, who encouraged her passion for the service industry.

Fast forward to 2018, Jon and Sheree decided to head to Denver, Colorado, for a change of scenery, and both got jobs managing great establishments. In the End, Sheree and Jon ended up working for a fantastic couple who, much like themselves, dreamed of producing great food and Drinks for the local customers. Inspiration from their owners gave Jon and Sheree the push they needed to decide they could do this themselves.

So here we are 2020 mid pandemic opening up our very first restaurant where we hope to create beautiful dishes, creative drinks, and endless memories.

Our restaurant is available for private events: small weddings, business lunches, birthday parties, graduations, dinners, cocktail receptions, and more. We would love to discuss how to be a part of your next event.
